Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
This box diorama style is incredibly well made. This Indiana Jones Warehouse 51 is surprisingly tiny, at 48 x 32 studs this is only 50% larger then the size of a common base plate. The illusion of great space is created with some well placed mirrors. With great custom LED lighting, and over 60 custom stickers for the crates, the whole thing comes together in an incredibly lifelike diorama.

Batman: Arkham Asylum
This Lego MOC is a perfect example of forced perspective, depth of field, and great composition. The whole scene comes together with a sense of terror. At any moment Batman could be found.

The science fiction universe of Stargate is one of those series that has managed to find its audience. The fans have managed to keep Stargate alive, from a Movie to multiple TV shows. There are theme park rides, video games, fan fictions, and books. Even Lego haven’t been left behind in the Stargate movement. This MOC, created by Brian Williams (aka: BMW_Indy) is a great build. Featuring some seriously good lighting, and a tightly controlled perspective. The Stargate itself is the center piece, and is integrated with a tablet display to create the wormhole special effect. At first glance, it is easy to assume you are looking at a scene from the movie. This style of building is being called a box diorama, and many of them were on show at Brickworld.

Cyberpocalypse is an amazing Lego Cyberpunk city. You can almost imagine Rick Deckard, Case, Hiro Protagonist, Adam Jensen, Akira, or Major Kusanagi hiding out in the streets of Cyberpocalypse. By combining different cultures in this city it helps to capture the urban feel of cyberpunk perfectly. The feeling of overwhelming density, hyper advertising, all mixed with a bit of lawlessness. This is a vision of a future that never came, or a future that is inevitable. Cyberpocalypse proves that Lego and cyberpunk are a perfect match.
This version of Cyberpocalypse stars work from Carter Baldwin, Nate Brill, Kyle Vreze, Forest King, Ignacio Bernaldez, Sam Wormuth, Alex Valentino and Chris Edwards. This team, lead by Carter Baldwin, set out to create a near future version of a metropolis, and succeeded. This city looks great in daylight, but looks even more impressive at night. Using an extensive array of hidden lighting to bring a sense of hustle and bustle to Cyberpocalypse.
Cyberpocalypse has recently been on display at Brickworld 2013. With plans to make an appearance at BrickFair in August. It will be interesting to see where this project goes, as the team is currently planning on adding more to this MOC, and expanding the lighting system too.

George Lucas set out to create a prequel to his most famous trilogy, and the crowning achievement of his work is embodied in this Revenge of the Sith scene. Who will forget the moment when it is revealed that Palpatine has turned Anakin Skywalker into Frankenstein (Darth Vader). NOOO, indeed.
This iconic scene has been recreated in super detail by markus19840420. Featuring a circular design, and some amazing greebling. It is easy to say that this Lego version has surpassed the quality of the original.

This Lego MOC of the Atari Pong system is spot on. From the fake wood cabinet, to the joysticks everything has been carefully thought through. Speaking of which, those joysticks are genius; using Lego tires worked well. Here the retro styling works well with Lego. The system currently doesn’t work, which like most Atari Pong systems is accurate.

Katie Walker, aka eilonwy77, of Flickr posted this wonderful Lego image. It is almost a mosaic, and almost a MOC. One thing is for certain, this looks very delicate, and very hard to move around. Using all of these different parts to create an I Spy image is genius. It reminds me of the Hidden Object game in the Highlights magazine.
