Hanging Out With Doctor Strange And Iron Man

“No mojo this time buddy!” - Lego Doctor Strange and Iron Man

Even Tony Stark gets tired of hanging out in his Hall of Armor. Sometimes he just needs a break. Who better to hang out with than Dr. Stephen Strange. This Lego MOC is titled “No mojo this time buddy!” and is the creation of Lego_nuts. A simple chess game between friends in a cozy library. The lighting in this scene is perfect. Well lit, well balanced, and the backlight coming in through the windows makes it feel real. Check out all the little details. There is Doctor Strange’s Cloak of Levitation, and I’m sure the Book of the Vishanti is around somewhere. The shelves hide a treasure map, newspaper, and a letter or two. The grandfather clock, and old time camera are also great mini builds. It is Iron Man VS. Doctor Strange, and the only question left is who will win.

A She-Hulk and Iron Man Team Up

Ben Cossy Lego She-Hulk Iron Man Team

She-Hulk and Iron Man have teamed up to take down the famous Magneto. Amazingly the X-Men are no where to be found. The “She-Hulk and Iron Man Team Up” is an MOC created by Ben Cossy. The fight takes place in a downtown looking area. It looks to be about the same scale as the Lego Modular buildings. Then there is the road, which might have more pieces then the rest of the scene. The overall concept of this Marvel themed build is based on Superior Iron Man #1. In that comic they are fighting against the Teen Abomination. Here, they swapped in Magneto since an Abomination Minifigure was unavailable. A great decision, as it allows the addition of cars into the fight. Also if you look very carefully you might notice that the She-Hulk and Iron Man are unofficial Minifigures.

Peter Parker’s Apartment – A Spider-Man Lego MOC

Ben Cossy Lego Spider-Man Peter Parker's Apartment Detail

Peter Parker is just your average teenage Minifigure. Based on his apartment you would never guess his secret. That he is Spider-Man. Ben Cossy has created Peter Parker’s Apartment in Lego. A place for his Spider-Man and Mary Jane Minifigures to hang out. This Lego Studio-Apartment is fully furnished. In the main room you will find a double bed, old tube-style TV, computer, mini-kitchen, and a sofa. Among all the little details you might spot a NES, or Iron Man’s Helmet. All of the little custom stickers up on the walls look great. Off to the side is Peter Parker’s Bathroom. A standard small bathroom, with tub, toliet, and sink. Too bad there isn’t enough room for a shower. Spider-Man must stink after a night out.

The Chicken Buster, A Hulkbuster Parody

Peter C's Lego Chicken Buster

“Did you know there is also a Thor buster, Magneto buster, even Galactus buster? Why not a Chicken buster?” — Peter C.

There have been a lot of Lego Hulkbusters over the past few years, most of them great. It is about time we get the other Busters. First up a Chickenbuster. It looks like Tony Stark woke up late, and grabbed the wrong helmet. He is ready to turn some villains into omelets. Look out. The Chicken Buster is the creation of Peter C, who is having a good time creating new ways to mock the Hulk.

This Lego Hulkbuster Armor Is Ready To Fight The Hulk

KaLor's Lego Hulkbuster, Iron Man

Most Lego Hulkbuster Armor builds focus on size. Most of them end up towering over the official Hulk figure. Although there is a certain charm to seeing a such a massive Iron Man, having a more proper scale version is awesome. Over on Lego Ideas, Ka.Lor has proposed their version of the Hulkbuster. By not having to design a full pilot cage for an Iron Man Minifigure, Ka.Lor is able to focus on mobility and structure. The end result is a Hulkbuster that is amazingly tiny, yet still incredibly imposing. Some of the details here are great, such at the Lego binoculars being used for fingers, Minifig hands being used for various clips, and even tiny Lego pistols being used to define the chest shape.

StarkLab: Helmet Rapair. A Slick Lego Iron Man MOC.

Vlad Hernandez's Lego Iron Man, StarkLab Helmet Repair

“Tony’s helmet had been malfunctioning lately so he brought it out to make some repairs.”

Small Lego vignettes are super popular right now. There is a certain charm about creating a tiny set for your favorite Minifigures. Vlad Hernandez took his recent Lego Iron Man themed StarkLab: Helmet Repair display to another level by adding multiple light sources. There are a total of 4 LEDs embedded in an 8×8 stud space. The most impressive is the customized Tony Stark Minifigure, where the LEDs help show off that embedded Arc Reactor. Iron Man’s helmet and 2 gizmos are also lit up. Now if only someone could take this level of care creating some sort of super Hall of Armor.

This Iron Man, Mark VII Armor is a posable Lego Figure

mmccooey's Iron Man Mark VII Armor Lego Figure

The Iron Man Mark VII Armor is instantly recognizable. With a good contrast between red and gold this armor is one of the popular. Flickr user Mmccoey has designed a fully posable figure of Iron Man with Lego. There are over 50 points of articulation, if you count all the movable pieces of armor and the individual fingers. The size of this figure and all of its features match up with most of the non-Lego action figures. This thing has missile launchers, wrist mounted lasers, anti-personnel missiles, air-to-ground missiles, flares, and propulsion jets. This figure also features 6 yellow Lego light bricks (in the photos here they have been manipulated in Photoshop to be blue). Whew!
