These Wizards By The Coast Are On Holiday – Lego MOC

Wizards By The Coast - Lego MOC

The Wizards by the Coast is a Lego MOC built by Josh. A few wizards are enjoying their time off from saving/destroying the world. The build has a bunch of interesting and odd details. The first is the giant terraced garden with water magically flowing down each level until it meets up with the sea. A fun part of the scene is how the water changes from transparent clear, to transparent blue when it hits the ground. There is a giant butterfly feeding on some flowers atop a spiraling spire. And a very tiny Wizards tower is topped by a glowing crystal. A magical spell must fit a glorious interior inside the small tower. A few details that are neat include the Lego Minifigure ice cream being used for waves, the bee hive above the rocky cliff, and the Wizard using magic to grill up some fresh fish.

Lego Goes To The Beach, With Mr. Brick And Friends

Lego Goes To The Beach, With Mr. Brick And Friends

Mr. Brick and Friends go on a lot of adventures. This time these three bricks are on a roadtrip to the beach in their bright yellow convertible. Created by EVCreations, “Mr Brick & Friends at the beach” is a great Lego MOC. The yellow convertible car is gloriously proud of its studs. It features headlights, a windshield wiper, and a green interior. The vehicle is just wide enough to fit three. Mr. Brick and the other two are great examples of mixing Duplo into the Lego system. The Lego Mixels ball joints and printed eye tiles and pieces go a long way to giving these three expressions. Another great detail is that the background beach scene is just a few pieces of paper, and a tan cloth. Simple yet perfect.

Stranded With The Lego Green Arrow

Nexus Lego Green Arrow Stranded

Flickr user [Nexus] has recently revealed their newest project. This vignette is titled Stranded and features a Lego Green Arrow lost on an island. A very plentiful island by the looks of it. Fish, birds, frogs, bananas, and mushrooms. Green Arrow is not going to starve here. The whole beach scene is finished with a great base/border. By building a base the whole scene feels complete. No detail unfinished. This type of treatment is always awesome on smaller MOCs.

Relax at this Lego Beach House

zaberca's Lego Beach House 2

Summer time is here and a good portion of us will be visiting the beach. Even Minifigures need to take a vacation. This MOC, built by zaberca, is titled Beach House 2. The whole thing was originally designed digitally, but when building it in person the project changed quite a bit. Which is great, because this house is impressive. The house itself is built using a lot of SNOT techniques. Make sure to check out the details on the top floor, which is built sideways compared to everything else. This helps give the structure a distinctly modern design.

The interior is fully furnished, and puts most (real) homes to shame. These Minifigs have style.
