I Saw (Lego) Spider-Man Today

I Saw Spider-Man Today, is a Lego MOC by Barthezz Brick. The scene features three huge buildings, a few streets, and a whole lot of details. Everything looks weathered, accomplished by using various misaligned and ill-fitting Lego bricks. Giving the whole setting a very New York feel. Especially the more gritty version from some of the comics. There is a lot going on in this build. If you look carefully you can spot Spider-Man, a Sushi stand, Motorcycle, newsstand, and even a saxophone player. Everything has been brought together by the excellent use of custom decals and stickers. Especially the Coca-Cola sign.

Barthezz Brick has even provided a short story, setting the scene:

“The scultz gang robbed their third bank this week. I chased one of the robbers for three blocks when he tore his money bag on W 37th street. He lost more than half of his loot. I doubted, should i secure the money or should i keep chasing the bloke?

I decided to keep track on the scultz gang member, but then all of a sudden i saw spider-man. He came out of nowhere and webbed the guy in the middle of a busy crossroad. It was amazing!! Finally when the police arrived they arrested that son of a b*tch and took him to the nearest police station.

It was amazing to see my childhood dreams came true. Spider-Man you’re my Hero!”

Harley’s Harlequinn Is Ready To Rumble

It is Harley Quinn’s turn to have some fun. Harley’s Harlequinn is a Lego Mech created by Peter Taylor for the Mech Madness 2012 contest. This mech stands up without supports, but a base was specially designed to help it stand in more dynamic poses. Check out all the features. The main weapon is a massive hammer. And, when that doesn’t work Harley can always use her giant pistol. It is made out out of various wheel parts, and even the Lego barrel (which is usually found in the Pirates theme). The Harlequinn features a four finger hand with knuckles, perfect for picking up Batman. If she is ever in trouble a few hidden cannons can help out. Harley Quinn herself pilots this monstrosity from inside the head, with duel joysticks.

I Am The Night! I Am Batman!

This Lego Batman figure is the creation of nobu_tary. They capture one of the most definitive styles of the Batsuit. The only thing missing is the iconic chest logo. The cape even drapes over the shoulders, which is a detail you don’t see often in Batman MOCs. Also check out those 6 stud abs, and massive pecs. This Batman spends a lot of time in the gym. You can just imagine this guy standing on top of a skyscraper saying: “I Am Batman!”

One of the best comic book characters from the 80’s and 90’s is Tank Girl. She is famous for all of her adventures across a post-apocolypitic Australia. Not only does she have a tank, but a mutant kangaroo boyfriend, a collection of talking stuffed animals, and a core group of weird friends. Captain America Made Out Of Lego

This Captain America brick built Lego figure is ready to bring justice to the world. The design is going for an older comic book style as opposed to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The wings on the cap are perfect. Captain America is fully posable (like those new Star Wars figures). Even the eyebrows can be adjusted.

Meet The Worst Heroes Ever. A Custom Lego Suicide Squad

The next big comic book movie is out now. This one seems to be very decisive. But, one thing is for sure. Suicide Squad has a very dedicated fan base, creating lots of amazing things in support for the film. MGF Customs has finished creating a whole line of custom Lego Suicide Squad Minifigures.
