Mike Mulligan and his Steam Shovel is a children’s book published in 1939 by the author Virginia Lee Burton. It is a story about a steam shovel named Mary Anne and its operator Mike Mulligan. Eventually their job is to dig a cellar for a new Town Hall. Lego Mike Mulligan and his Steam Shovel is a very charming MOC created by Lego Junkie. “I’ve got many fond memories of books that I read as a kid, but one that stands above the rest is Mike Mulligan and His Steam shovel.” This Lego Mary Anne captures many of the details from the book. Including the anthropomorphic face.
